**Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive accounting activities to maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in Quickbooks
- Assist in facilitating the financial reporting process by preparing complete and accurate journal entries
- Count, balance, and record all daily cash sales
- All banking duties as required
- Be support for full-cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable processing, and collections
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts.
- Assist with annual audit and other reporting requirements
- Complete the full payroll function, ensuring all employees receive applicable wages and benefits per schedule in conjunction with external payroll company
- Work in liaison with Human Resources to ensure pay and personnel records are accurate and up to date
- Assist with year-end reconciliation and reports

Hours

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 21 hours per week

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
