**What will I be doing?**

The groundskeeper is responsible for general cleanliness of the exterior of The Hilton Fallsview, keeping all exterior areas of the hotel clean and free of debris so that guests may have a safe and enjoyable experience while visiting, while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. Work assignments will be received in the form of oral work orders, but the Team Member may be required to determine how to complete the tasks.

**Experience**
- Previous experience working as a groundskeeper, landscaper, or similar work is an asset

**Responsibilities**:

- Sweep sidewalks so they are free of debris.
- Ensure external windows and doorways are free of fingerprints and smudges.
- Wear various PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) depending on the task.
- Clean patio tables and chairs, and maintain cleanliness of patio grounds
- Moving debris to garbage areas
- Driving company vehicle to transport tools and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Stand, kneel, crouch, bend or walk for extended period of times. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team with mínimal supervision.
- Availability for early mornings, afternoons, nights, weekdays and weekends, and holidays. **This position will require some shifts as early as 5:30am, and as late as 11:00pm.**:

- Must be able to complete a police background check, which meets the hotels requirements.
