**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Manage our books using QuickBooks Online
- Manage our accounts payable
- Work with the customer manager to prepare and process orders.
- Accurately process e-commerce orders.
- Manage inventory.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Other administrative tasks.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3 + years of bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks experience is a MUST
- High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high desire for quality work and accuracy; Must be able to prioritize.
- Above average Microsoft Excel, Word, and PC skills.
- Experience in the use of ERP systems is an asset.
- Logistics/Warehousing experience is beneficial.

**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
