Hemlock Harling Distribution is a rapidly growing company specializing in mail processing, digital print production, E-Commerce order fulfillment and third-party distribution solutions to a diverse range of clients throughout North America. We proudly operate from two specialized facilities encompassing over 56,000 square feet in Richmond, BC. Our experienced team maintains a dedication to accuracy, reliability and continuous innovation.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

As a member of our Material Handling Team the **Driver, Shipper & Receiver** the primary responsibility for this role is to manage the inventory movement between our two production facilities by operating our dedicated 5-Tonne truck. You will perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort and move material by hand or using material handling equipment including but not limited to stand up reach trucks. This position will also verify, accept, count and input details into our Warehouse Management System on incoming goods and examine their condition upon receipt before placing items on the available racking. The **Driver, Shipper & Receiver** will also assist with the preparation of outgoing shipments while meeting all required specifications.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**

Safely operate the Hemlock Harling 5-Tonne truck with scheduled runs between our two production facilities

Execute daily deliveries to the Canada Post processing center in Richmond with required documentation

Monitor our mailing supply inventory levels and request as needed

Manage shipments to other locations as requested

Monitor the Hemlock Harling 5-Tonne truck for safe operation and schedule for routine service visits

Support production activities by selecting and supplying products from inventory for mailing and other internal use Maintain accurate and timely records of all inventory transactions

Generate shipping documentation, including export and compliance documents

Ensure incoming and outgoing materials are packaged accurately and correctly

Generate receiving documentation, packing lists and certification

Maintain clean, safe and well-organized warehouse environments

Follow all company safety policies and procedures and organizes work areas

Provide status updates to fellow production employees and management as required

Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**

A Valid class 5 License with 5-Tonne driving experience and a clean driving record

Stand up reach forklift certification

Experience in a warehouse setting and with a computerized inventory system

Computer literacy with Outlook, Word, Excel, RF scanning and general inventory management systems

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and complete tasks efficiently as part of a team and/or independently

Organized & self-motivated
