**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure accurate inventory levels are consistently reflected in the system.
- Coordinate regular inventory counts and generate detailed reports to verify stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Track and report on shipping and transfer inventory in real time, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Analyze and resolve data discrepancies between live and recorded inventory data.
- Develop category-specific reports to support inventory reduction initiatives and ongoing control efforts.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to identify areas for inventory optimization and implement effective reduction strategies.
- Maintain key warehouse performance metrics to track and assess operational efficiency.
- Support **Warehouse Operations Manager** to create streamlined reporting that provides insights into key operational metrics and warehouse health.
- Contribute to the maintenance of an organized rack and bin system to enhance inventory accessibility and traceability.
- Regularly assess and update storage configurations to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency and warehouse processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with process improvements and optimize warehouse workflows.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing work environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data and reporting.
- Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and efficient in coordinating data processes, inventory, and reporting.
- Works effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- Proven experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or a similar data-focused role.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices, including cycle counting and live tracking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, documentation and report writing skills.

**WORK CONDITIONS**
- In-person first workplace
- Will be required to work in a warehouse and production facility with machine noises
- Required to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods of time
