Sommaire du poste:
Mark Edwards Group recherche un coordinateur logistique pour rejoindre son équipe opérationnelle. Le coordinateur logistique travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le responsable logistique sur diverses tâches liées à la logistique des expéditions, des commandes et des factures.

**Une journée type**:

- Contrôler et saisir les notifications d'expédition
- Saisir les réceptions
- Facturer les clients
- Communiquer avec les fournisseurs
- Communiquer avec les entrepôts
- Réservation des expéditions auprès des entrepôts
- Coordination avec les autres départements concernés : Ventes, production et finances
- Établir des rapports hebdomadaires pour s'assurer que les commandes sont livrées à temps.

**Ce que vous apportez à l’équipe**:

- DEC dans un domaine connexe de préférence, ou équivalent
- 3 ans d'expérience ou plus
- Bilingue (écrit et oral)
- Capacité à communiquer avec l'équipe afin d'assurer une bonne circulation de l'information
- Capacité avérée à travailler dans des délais stricts
- Extrêmement soucieux du détail
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante
- Solide compréhension des programmes Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes dans un environnement en constante évolution.

**Position summary**:
Mark Edwards Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join its operations team. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with the Logistics Manager on various tasks related to logistics of shipments, orders, invoices.

**A day in the life**:

- Monitor and enter shipment notifications
- Enter receiving’s
- Invoice customers
- Communicating with suppliers
- Communicating with warehouses
- Booking shipments with warehouses
- Coordinating with other relevant department: Sales, Production and Finance
- Run weekly reports to ensure orders are on time.

**What you bring to the team**:

- DEC in a related field preferred, or equivalent
- 3 + years’ experience
- Bilingual (written & spoken)
- Ability to communicate with the team to ensure proper flow of information
- Proven ability to work with stringent deadlines
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Solid understanding of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
