We are looking for a **Revenue Operations Specialist** to support our business growth in Toronto. The **Revenue Operations Specialist **will be reporting to the Senior Operations Manager. The** Revenue Operations Specialist **will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the processes and systems that drive revenue growth, working closely with teams across the company to identify areas for improvement and implement new solutions. #LI-Onsite

**_ How you will contribute:_**
- Risk limits review and removal, Payment Channel Data and progress submissions, Whitelist submission, Material Signage Deployment Weekly Reporting, Material commission calculation and confirmation (Alipay, WeChat Pay monthly and quarterly)
- Collaborate with revenue enablement stakeholders to ensure these tools are structured, maintained, and aligned to our goals and objectives based on highest-impact priorities.
- Assess processing volume, payment product adoption progress, revenue performance, and other key metrics and report findings to stakeholders such as the KA team and ISV partners.
- Provide insights into the success of revenue enablement programs and initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders, like product and marketing, to ensure proper processes and implementation for crucial content ownership for the revenue enablement initiatives, such as quality welcome packages, developer content, and KA-facing documentation.
- Create and maintain a documentation library on key industry verticals, including sales processes, best practices, policies, playbooks, etc.

**_ What you bring to the table:_**
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, analytics or in a related field
- Min of 2 years in a revenue operations role or in a similar role, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in analytics and business intelligence, as well as knowledge of CRM and other business systems.
- Proficient in MS Office including developing PowerPoint decks
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Knowledge of the payments industry and merchant services is a plus.
- Comfortable conversing with clients over the phone
- Understanding transaction data, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start up environment.
