Y.I.E.L.D (Youth Initiatives and Excellence with Learning Disabilities) is a **free **and **UNPAID **community engagement program, designed to cater to youth between the ages of **15-30 **to gain valuable life and social skills as well as increasing civic engagement and networking opportunities that will benefit them in the future while making a difference in their communities. The Program runs for 40 hours per week for a duration of 4 months and supports in areas such as:

- Earning community service hours (up to 120 hours)
- Opportunities to receive **FREE** valuable industry certifications such as: CPR/first aid, high five, etc.
- Eliciting valuable change through a community development approach
- Receiving a YIELD certification upon completion of the program
