This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant environment and gain unique experience in event security management.

**Job Description**:
As a Static Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of event participants and staff. Your role will include coordinating security operations, overseeing access control, and responding to incidents efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security staff.
- Ensure all security personnel adhere to security protocols.
- Manage and resolve any security incidents on site.
- Conduct regular security briefings and debriefings.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Security License.
- First Aid Certification.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours across part-time, full-time, or casual shifts during June, July, and August.
- Previous experience in security supervision is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive hourly wage.
- Retroactive bonus for staff who complete 35+ shifts during the seasonal period.
