The Wedding and Banquet Coordinator, reporting to the Event & Banquet Manager, is responsible for the successful coordination of wedding and banquets at Chilliwack Golf Club. You will work closely with the Executive Chef, Event Sales Manager, Banquet Supervisor and Banquet & Event Manager to ensure each event runs smooth.

The Wedding & Banquet Coordinator Job Description is broken down as follows:

The key objectives of the position include:

- Coordinate weddings and banquets to the highest level
- Coordinate weddings and banquets from initial concept through to event day and post event reconciliation
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided and that all guests enjoy a great event experience

Qualifications:

- Experience managing weddings, banquets, and events
- Hospitality and event management certificate or diploma would be an asset

Compensation for this position will range from $47,500 to $52,500 and commensurate with experience. This position qualifies into the banquet/event gratuity pool.
