**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
**This role will be responsible for generating HR-related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity. Working alongside Finance and IT, the incumbent contributes to system planning and strategy while facilitating continual improvements to support organizational and HR objectives.**

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:

- **Post-secondary Diploma/Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Operations/ Logistics, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience**

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- **5 years of experience**working closely with enterprise-wide systems with a strong focus on customer service, technology enhancement, communication, problem solving and decision making**:

- **Strong knowledge of best practices (applicant tracking, talent management, reporting, benefits administration, advanced scheduling, etc.) in a**complex workforce management industry (logistics, manufacturing, or healthcare)**:

- **Previous experience implementing HR and complex scheduling technology solutions developing business requirements, deploying applicable technologies and business process re-engineering**:

- **Advanced knowledge of MS Suite including: Excel, Word and PowerPoint required**:

- **Demonstrated understanding of HR and or scheduling processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures in order to ensure correct implementation**:

- **Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders to support the business and maintain IT systems**:

- **Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects**:

- **Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities**:

- **Excellent organizational skills and ability to reprioritize tasks**:

- **Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks often dealing and resolving difficult issues**:

- **Project management experience leading HR systems as well as general HR projects**:

- **2 - 5 years’ experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or equally complex sectors**working with Workday and or UKG**Pro**
