Logistics Co-ordinator

North Element is a progressive, growing manufacturing/packaging family company that primarily manufactures/packages ice melt, packages fertilizer, liquid filling/packaging, and blow molding products. We have 2 robotic bag stacking lines as well as other dry goods bag lines, liquid formulation, liquid filling and a blow mold machine in place. **What we offer**:

- Full time (Monday - Friday) 40-hours per week employment. Overtime paid after 44 hours.
- Day shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm with extra hours required during the busy season.
- $45,000 - $55,000 annual salary dependent on knowledge & experience.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for production entry, order entry, order confirmations, bill of ladings and custom paperwork. Communicate pickup/delivery dates with customers and shipping department.
- Accurately and efficiently process and prioritize customer orders while working with customers directly, inside sales representation or regional distributors.
- Achieve quality service by assessing and responding to customer needs, using sound judgment and flexibility when recommending appropriate options/solutions.
- Provide accurate freight quotes in a timely manner.
- Develop and track freight quotes, freight rates, monitor performance and cost metrics for transportation and reconcile freight invoices for outgoing shipments.
- Operate the scale system to weigh in/out both incoming and outgoing loads.
- Participate in Inventory Control; cycle counts, audits, reconciliation and recording.
- Participate in continuous improvements with focus on service excellence.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
