We are looking for an individual, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience, to fill a customer base out of our head office in Lincoln, Ontario. This full-time position will require a combination of in-office hours and travel hours within a 40 hour work week.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain regular visitations to your customer base
- Follow-up promptly with customer support and technical advice
- Manage and develop strong customer relations
- Research and training for new products and techniques
- Establish and maintain product trials for staff or customer uses
- Meet with the team weekly and monthly
- Presentations of programs or new developments to growers, customers, coworkers, or industry meetings
- Reach yearly sales goals as discussed with management
- Experience in technical sales and sales support
- Understanding of greenhouse growing systems and practices
- Working knowledge of IPM strategies
- Practical experience with common greenhouse pests and beneficial insects
- Strong customer communication skills
- Organized and prompt when achieving tasks
- Proficient in computer programs/tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent ability to work within a team environment
- Post secondary education in a related field
- 2 years experience in agriculture, horticulture, or technical sales in a related field

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
