**JOB TITLE**: Inside Sales & Support Technician

**COMPANY OVERVIEW**

Clearwave is an Internet Service Provider based in Edmonton, Alberta, providing high speed internet service to residential and commercial customers across the Alberta capital region and throughout many rural communities across Northern Alberta. Clearwave uses a combination of fixed wireless and fibre infrastructure to deliver high quality, low latency internet services ranging in speed from 5 Mbps - 1 Gbps+.

**JOB SUMMARY**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting support for our products and services.
- Address customer concerns and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively engage with existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Engage and follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to secure new business.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product developments, competitive landscape, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Solicit feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and contribute to service enhancement efforts.
- Pro-actively and continually communicate and collaborate with the Clearwave team on wins, losses, trends, and opportunities as they arise.
- Manage, maintain and document ongoing solo and collaborative projects.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with internet technology and basic networking concepts.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative team player.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
