**Job Overview**
We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Shop Hand to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist mechanics with repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Perform basic maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, detail interior's of tractors.
- Clean and organize the shop, including sweeping floors and disposing of trash.
- Help manage inventory by checking stock levels and restocking items as needed.
- Run for parts.
- Operate basic shop equipment fork lifts, pressure washers.
- Prepare tractors for service by washing and inspecting them.
- Assist with documentation of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Occasionally interact with customers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
