We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Digital Solutions Team within our corporate head office in Winnipeg Office located at 140 Otter Street.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and overseeing various aspects of operational activities from initiation to completion. This new position reports to the Digital Delivery and Operations Manager. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring that deliverables are executed to the established objectives.

**What You’ll Do**
- Coordinate and oversee Digital Solutions projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress of daily tasks and project assignments, assign department team members to assist complete activities while ensuring responsibilities have been clarified and deadlines are met.
- Track deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards and conduct quality reviews and implement corrective actions as required.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships by maintaining regular communication, managing expectations, and providing timely updates on project progress and deliverables.
- Manage the department inbox, Jira and ServiceNow queues to identify incidents or requests that need to be addressed.
- Generate and submit reports and operations meeting requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to define daily goals, project goals, scope, deliverables, and required resources.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and tasks as required.
- Coordinate and schedule daily stand-ups, meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, meeting minutes and provide updates to leadership team.
- Regularly assess department risks with department leadership and implement appropriate measures to minimize their impact. Anticipate and address project-related issues or obstacles.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Prepare regular progress reports, performance metrics, and project evaluations. Analyze project outcomes, identify lessons learned as part of monthly retrospective, and propose improvements for future projects.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of team members during all stages of product lifecycle to ensure projects progress is on schedule.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.

**What You’ll Bring**
- 2-5 years in a project coordination/management role.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (degree in the following field would be considered as an asset: computer science, business management, or any related field).
- Working knowledge with ServiceNow is an asset.
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Coordinator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of agile methodologies, agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet) and agile collaboration platforms is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, including product strategy, road mapping, user research, and agile development is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience gathering customer feedback and analyzing data to design and improve related process documentation.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously is an asset.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Lottery industry knowledge is an asset.
