We are looking for an HR Assistant to support the HR Manager with daily items.

This is an entry level HR position.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Reporting directly to the HR Manager

**Minimum Qualifications**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Good oral/written communication skills in English
- Decision making skills
- Knowledge of quality, safety and environmental procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Quick learner and self starter
- Computer experience using excel
- Problem solving
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management

**JOB SUMMARY**:
**Responsible for updating the HR database as required**

**B). Assists the H.R. Manager with policies and procedures administration**

**C). Assists in general requests for information from employees and management**

**as it relates to Human Resources functions, policies and procedures**

**D). Monitors attendance and advises the Department Manager / Human**

**Assists in scheduling interviews and conducting interviews for floor associates**

**B). Conducts reference checks, in accordance with company procedure of**

**applicants prior to their employment.**

C). Co-ordinate the timely scheduling of training programs Assist with the preparation of Offer letters, contracts, etc

Provide support to the HR Manager in a fast paced environment and.

Also, to contribute to a human work environment where fairness, equity and non-discriminatory practices are the standard.

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
