The cleaning supervisor holds accountability for the efficient operation of the cleaning service, ensuring meticulous planning, quality control, and effective management of all cleaning personnel. The primary objective is to establish and maintain high cleaning standards, thereby meeting customer expectations while optimizing resource utilization.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a hygienic and safe environment.
- Make decisions concerning employment, training, discipline, and termination of staff, reporting to operations manager and Facility Manager
- Provide updates on staffing, special projects, work orders, and the performance of janitorial staff.
- Maintain open communication with Operations Manager, facility Manager, and Customer Administration.
- Exercise independent judgment in day-to-day operations, documenting actions for the benefit of our clients.
- Collaborate with owner/operator on specific projects and follow up on special tasks.
- Supervise cleaning personnel, overseeing hiring, training, motivation and development.
- Manage equipment and the supply inventory, analyzing needs and recommend changes with needed.
- Conduct regular quality assurance inspections.
- Prioritize project duties for the cleaning staff.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports upon request.
- Conduct monthly staff meetings upon request.
- Proactively procure supplies and any materials needed.
- Record staff attendance and absences.
- Conduct evaluation interviews for cleaning personnel upon request.
- Perform any other duties as required.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Demonstrated experience in managing, communicating with, and motivating teams.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage work programs effectively.
- 3-5 years or more of cleaning experience and management experience.
- Flexibility regarding working hours, including overtime, nights, and weekends.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills.
- Proficiency in problem solving using established procedures.
- High school diploma.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid G driver license.
- Must be reliable with great work ethic.
- Must have great communication skills

**Job Type**:Permanent, Full Time
