We have an opening for a Receptionist / Physiotherapy Aide / Kinesiologist to be a part of the Ayr Physiotherapy Clinic. The work hours will be 6 - 8 hours April to August, 2023 with the addition of the other staffs' vacation hours and some Saturdays. These hours will be increased to 36 hours (during the week) in Sept 2023 with the addition of some Saturdays as needed. We are looking for a professional client-focused individual to perform exceptional Receptionist / Administrative duties and Physiotherapy Aide work. This job involves being on your feet for extended periods of time moving quickly in and out of clients' room. Our goal is to improve our clients' physical abilities so that their quality of life is enhanced.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Greeting clients as they arrive at the clinic
- Phone tasks
- Scheduling of clients appointments
- Registration of new clients

medical reports
- Assisting and teaching clients their exercises and ensuring correct technique
- Doing laundry and maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic

**Requirements**:

- Positive personality, kind, client focused
- Ability to multitask and able to work in quick busy environment
- Excellent with clients and respectful of other staff and all clients
- Computer literate and quick to learn computer software
- Must be self driven, very organized, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of WSIB and MVA is an asset
- Knowledge of the ABEL MED software is preferred but not required
- Able to do vacation coverage / sick coverage and have flexibility in your life schedule to
allow this
- Hours of operation are from Monday - Friday 5:45am to 7:00pm; Saturdays as needed
8:30am to 4:30 pm
