In partnership with our Talent Acquisition Senior Leadership team, the Recruitment Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in creating engaging content that helps us tell our story while connecting top talent in the industry with key roles within the organization.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Drive the company’s employer brand strategy
- Continually develop the employee and associate value proposition
- Design a social media strategy and manage all the talent acquisition channels for the enterprise
- Work in partnership with our production team to create digital assets for our career sites and social media channels
- Act as the main point of contact for our agency partners and other marketing providers
- Manage complete campaign schedules and advertising budget
Write attractive and creative job postings that align with the employer brand, and train other team members on best practices
Create an employer brand playbook and recruitment marketing toolkit
Advise Talent Acquisition Managers on strategic solutions to attract the volume and quality of applicants

**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- 4+ Years of experience planning and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns
- 2+ Years of experience developing and activating employer brand initiatives
- 2+ Years of experience planning, creating, and managing social media strategies
- 2+ Years of experience working with multidisciplinary teams in the creation of digital assets
- 2+ Years of experience managing vendor relationships
- 4+ Years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools, such as PowerPoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- 2+ Years of experience leveraging on graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and WordPress

**Education**:

- Associate Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising is considered an asset
