You love putting together jigsaw puzzles and finding the right piece that creates a complete picture. You take pride in problem solving and finding proper solutions to reduce customer downtime. Organized by nature, you will maintain a clean and well manicured warehouse and document inventory that both comes in and out of the branch. Customer service is your forte and you will go above and beyond to help find the best solution to fix our customers dilemma.

**A Typical Day for a Shipper and Receiver**:

- Customer service focused with strong communication skills
- Proven record of following safety procedures, provincial/federal legislation, and company policies
- Shipping, receiving, documentation, and inventory of products incoming and outgoing from the warehouse
- Maintains the warehouse in a clean and orderly condition
- Operate a forklift
- Climb ladders
- Participate in inventory counts
- Use computer systems
- Attend all training sessions to update technical knowledge
- Ability to work in a physical capacity, including heavy lifting and using tools throughout the shift

**What You Bring**:

- An understanding of warehouse skills
- Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced, detailed environment
- Computer use to maintain records, prepare orders, post receipts, and other computer work
- High School Diploma
- Class 5 driver's license
- Forklift experience is an asset (training will be provided)
