Office Manager

We are recruiting for an Office Manager to join our team at KAG Canada in Yellowknife. This is a key position for RTL Construction and will oversee day-to-day administrative functions and support contract management.
**About the position**:
- Oversee invoicing for Capital Transit Mix, Joint Ventures, Force Accounts and general Projects
- Complete Monthly Revenue Report
- Coordinate invoice coding and make approvals for payment
- Manage employee home heating and fuel card programs as well as company credit card reconciliation
- Other duties as assigned, flexibility is key for success in this position.
**What you bring**:
- 5 years previous experience working in a similar role
- Base level knowledge of accounting functions
- Detail oriented
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
