En tant que directeur adjoint - Opérations, vous gérerez les priorités dans un environnement d'entrepôt centré sur le client qui compte généralement dix employés ou moins sans niveaux de direction supplémentaires sur le site et sans responsables de personnes en tant que rapports directs. Vous aurez au moins deux ou plusieurs subordonnés directs, qui peuvent être des associés des opérations, des chauffeurs et/ou un coordinateur administratif. Vous interagirez avec d'autres services internes tels que les ventes, ainsi qu'avec les clients externes. Vous assurez le service à la clientèle en exécutant les commandes et en résolvant les problèmes. Vous superviserez les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) afin de maintenir et d'améliorer la qualité du service.

**Responsabilités:
- Gérer le personnel de l'entrepôt dans tous les domaines fonctionnels, y compris la formation, l'encadrement et le conseil.
- Responsabilité de la gestion d'un site pouvant inclure plusieurs systèmes de gestion d'entrepôt et/ou des services à valeur ajoutée pour les clients à multiples facettes.
- Collaborer avec des équipes fonctionnelles transversales et des prestataires de services pour l'analyse de la faisabilité et des coûts avant la vente.
- Mener à bien les activités opérationnelles dans les délais impartis et mettre à jour les partenaires internes tels que la direction des ventes et des opérations.
- Assurer la coordination avec les parties prenantes et fournir un soutien opérationnel pour les livraisons de projets.
- Examiner et améliorer l'efficacité des processus et procédures existants.
- Veiller à ce que les activités opérationnelles respectent le budget, y compris la gestion des coûts et des dépenses du département.
- Suivre et examiner les performances des prestataires de services (entrepôts 3PL, courtiers en douane, transporteurs locaux, transitaires, etc.)
- Vérifier que les factures des prestataires de services sont conformes au contrat et travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'AP pour le processus de paiement.
- Etre Responsable des installations et des exigences en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement.
- S'assurer que les exigences et les attentes des clients en matière de livraison sont pleinement comprises et satisfaites.
- Pour les postes à l'international, avoir une bonne connaissance des lois douanières, des procédures de dédouanement et de la classification HSN avec ses exigences réglementaires.Peut gérer des employés dans un environnement syndiqué.

**Qualifications:
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent exigé ; diplôme de niveau baccalauréat préféré
- Licences/Certificats/Désignations - Certification de chariot élévateur à fourche de préférence
- 4 ans d'expérience dans les opérations d'entreposage et de distribution
- 2 ans d'expérience de supervision ou de direction dans un environnement d'entrepôt
- Capacité à conduire un chariot élévateur à fourche ou à obtenir un chariot élévateur à fourche
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement
- Orientation vers le service à la clientèle
- Autonomie, capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- Compétences informatiques de base
- Capacité à voyager jusqu'à 25%.

**Environnement de travail **:Entrepôt - Le travail est généralement effectué dans un entrepôt. Le niveau de bruit est modérément faible. Il est généralement bien ventilé et bien éclairé. Les employés d'entrepôt peuvent être exposés à toutes sortes de conditions météorologiques et peuvent être amenés à porter des vêtements de protection. Ils utilisent des équipements lourds. Des règles de sécurité strictes peuvent être exigées.

**Attentes physiques:
- Le travail est physiquement éprouvant et les travailleurs doivent soulever des paquets lourds pouvant peser jusqu'à 50 livres.
- Le travail peut nécessiter de se pencher ou de se baisser de manière excessive.
- L'employé doit monter sur des échelles.
