**About Xerox Holdings Corporation**Purpose**:
Provide support for all facilities related activities and manage office functions including work order coordination, database management, ordering office supplies, daily office operations and providing general support services for divisional staff.
- **Scope**:
**General**:

- Coordinate all facilities activities, work direction and support systems.
- Independently maintain and update administrative policies and processes.
- Prioritize and distribute incoming and outbound mail, including preparation and shipment of packages by courier.
- Responsible for managing inventory in the stock room for office and equipment supplies.
- Maintain records for control activities.
- Coordinate orders for Xerox assets such as BlackBerrys and laptops
- Enforce Health and Safety regulations and coordinating quarterly meetings of the EH&S Committee
- Manage office inspections for compliance with Xerox Information Security regulations and associated database reports.
- Run quarterly public sector vehicle royalties reporting.
- Receive and process checks for collection.
- Manage demo room readiness and schedule for sales.
- Daily veil of Quebec Public Sector RFP portal to download new rfp's and addenda.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual - French and English.
- College or university degree (administrative assistant program) and/or 3 years of experience in a senior administrative assistant position.
- Self-reliant and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility in handling tasks.
- Demonstrate interest and initiative regarding professional development.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Strong organization and administration skills
- Ability to anticipate actions and behaviors.
- Sound judgment and decision taking
- Basic analytical skills
- Reliability and ability to keep records confidential.
- Sound knowledge of Xerox business, organization, and processes
