You will enhance IT operations by designing, configuring and maintaining networks and systems. You will provide technical support to users, contribute to technology monitoring and continuous improvement of infrastructure. You will also be involved in documentation and development of internal practices. Relevant university degree or equivalent experience 5 to 9 years of relevant experience Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 Knowledge of networking (VLAN, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, etc.) and security protocols Certifications MCSE, MCP, CCNA, Network+ (assets) Strong communication, autonomy, attention to detail Bilingual FR/EN Permanent full-time position Compensation according to internal policy [to be confirmed with client] Employer contribution to RRSP (5%) Comprehensive group insurance 3 weeks vacation (6%) Profit-sharing program Telemedicine and EAP
