As part of a temporary replacement, you will provide first-level IT support to internal teams. Your role is essential to ensuring smooth operations during a key period between mid-December and early January. Your responsibilities: Basic troubleshooting: hardware, software, and workstation issues User support for Windows and Office 365 Assistance with peripherals: printers, monitors, accessories Support with network connectivity and resolution of simple incidents On-site support to assist employees in their day-to-day needs Experience in Level 1 technical support Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and standard office environments Customer-oriented mindset, autonomy, and quick execution Available immediately Ability to work on-site in Longueuil Conclusion Looking to join a Quebec-based company at the intersection of entertainment and advanced technology, where your skills will have a real impact on the global customer experience?
