Perform ServiceNow ITSM platform capabilities, including design, development, configuration, integration, and implementation with an advanced knowledge of different modules and applications. Capture/review business and functional requirements in the form of user stories, use cases and process flowcharts engaging with business partners. Investigating suitability of ServiceNow components and modules to satisfy requirements. Developing high level architectural concepts. Rapid prototyping and Proof of Concept delivery using the ServiceNow platform. Design/Development/Configuration for any ServiceNow platform enhancements/bugs and projects, including new modules, applications, and integrations with 3rd party systems. Design, develop/configure, test, demo and deliver the solution features in sprints. Provide technical assessments. Create technical documentation. Documenting ServiceNow guiding principles and best practices to allow our platform to scale safely and efficiently. Mandatory Qualifications: Have a College Diploma or University Degree in an IT discipline or related. Must have 7+ years of recent ServiceNow platform development experience. Experience in ServiceNow ITSM platform capabilities. Experience with developing ATF test cases. Experience Reporting and Dashboards. Hands on experience with implementations and/or migrations of platforms. Proficient in JavaScript, Java, and HTML. Experience integrating third-party software and APIs. Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
