Reporting directly to the President, you'll serve as the go-to IT resource for all employees across the office and production floor. You'll play a key role in maintaining business continuity, balancing hands-on technical support with systems and infrastructure management. Your main responsibilities include : Providing daily IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues. Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and peripherals. Managing and tracking support tickets to ensure timely resolution. Training users on Microsoft 365 tools and cybersecurity best practices. Administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, GPO, DNS, DHCP environments. Maintaining LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN configurations and implementing security measures (firewalls, antivirus, MFA, Veeam backups). Coordinating with external vendors for system updates and improvements. Participating in infrastructure enhancement projects, including AI-driven initiatives (Copilot, ChatGPT). Documenting system configurations and maintaining clear IT procedures. Being available occasionally for after-hours interventions when needed. You're a versatile and resourceful IT professional who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment. What we're looking for : 8 + years of experience in IT support and system/network administration. Strong command of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory. Experience with VMware and NAS/SAN storage. Solid understanding of cybersecurity (Fortinet firewalls, antivirus, MFA, Veeam backups). Highly organized with strong communication and prioritization skills. Bilingual (French and English) - spoken and written. Self-starter with a proactive, customer-focused approach. Working Conditions Temporary position (with possibility of becoming permanent). Based in Ville Saint-Laurent, on-site role. Immediate availability preferred. Competitive salary, based on experience.
