This role would suit someone who’s: ✨ Experienced in 1st / 2nd line support ideally within a global business 🧠 Confident in creating and maintaining Knowledge Base documentation (KBs) in both English & Spanish 💬 Fluent in Spanish (must) — as you’ll be supporting users across Latin America 🌍 Comfortable collaborating with teams across different time zones You’ll be joining a genuinely friendly, growing team who are bringing their support function in-house, with plenty of scope to shape how things are done and make an impact from day one.
