Join a team that is transforming payments for our clients and employees while supporting the Bank's strategic ambitions. We are looking for a Product Manager (SWIFT wire transfers) , responsible for the day-to-day management and evolution of the product based on client needs, market trends, and the Bank's priorities. Your Role Define the vision, priorities, and product roadmap under your responsibility to support the Bank's strategic orientations Develop business cases for initiatives and projects to obtain funding approval Continuously improve existing products Monitor and interpret performance indicators, make recommendations, and implement appropriate adjustments Stay informed about market trends, assess the Bank's competitive position, and recommend strategies to optimize positioning Understand client needs and their reality related to payments Work closely with relevant sectors and stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, IT, Compliance) Your Team You will report to the Senior Manager - Payment Solutions and Experiences and be part of a team of five colleagues responsible for a wide range of payment products for retail and business clients (debit card, Interac e-Transfer, bill payment, wire transfer, bulk payment).
