Were currently looking for an Apprentice a Motorcycle Mechanics to join our high-performing service team at GP Motorsports. The Drive Ahead Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance according to OEM standards Accurately complete multi-point inspections and recommend required services Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure clear and effective communication with customers Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship Conduct post-repair test drives and quality control checks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support the team through collaboration and mentorship Performance Essentials Red Seal Certified Technician (Journeyman) Proven experience in diagnostics, electrical, and mechanical systems High attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, team-based shop environment Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, repair software, and OEM tools Valid drivers license with a clean abstract Full-time availability typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week), with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Bannister Accessories Competitive wages - experience and training dependent with a performance-based structure Extended benefits package, including health, dental, and vision care Group RSP contribution program for long-term financial support Unlimited career growth across the Bannister Automotive Group internal candidates are prioritized Ongoing training and professional development Relocation assistance available for out-of-town candidates Signing and performance bonuses Employee referral program earn up to $5,000 when you refer successful hires GP Motorsports is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing a respectful, inclusive workplace.
