Job Title: Machine Operator (Telehandler / Scissor Lift / Aerial Lift / Boom Lift) Location: Metro Vancouver & Fraser Valley (Lower Mainland) Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Start Date: Immediate About the Role We are hiring skilled Machine Operators to support ongoing construction projects across the Lower Mainland, including Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced equipment operators who want steady work, reliable scheduling, and long-term career growth within the construction industry. If you are certified to operate construction site machinery and want to join a supportive and professional team, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Operate machinery safely and efficiently, including: Telehandler Scissor Lift / Aerial Lift Genie Boom / Boom Lift Perform equipment inspections and follow all safety guidelines Support general site operations and assist labor teams when required Maintain communication with site supervisors and dispatch Follow WorkSafeBC safety standards and site protocols Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and on schedule Qualifications & Requirements Valid operator certification for: Telehandler Scissor Lift / Aerial Lift Boom Lift / Genie Boom Minimum 1 year of relevant operating experience preferred Strong understanding of site safety regulations Ability to take instruction and work independently or in a team Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic Bonus: Reliable personal transportation Experience assisting with general labor tasks Compensation Wage Range: $25–$32/hour (based on experience & certification level) Opportunities for performance-based bonuses Why Work With Us?
