We’re looking for a Solution Architect — a strategic thinker who transforms complex business challenges into scalable ERP solutions. As a trusted advisor, you’ll guide clients through their digital transformation journey, collaborating across teams to craft solutions that are not only technically sound but strategically aligned. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for:
Drive end-to-end ERP implementation and optimization projects from both functional and technical perspectives, implementing NetSuite solutions that maximize business value.
Coordinate project activities across departments including Delivery, Project Management, Software Factory, Data Analytics, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful project outcomes and seamless execution.
Support NetSuite consultants in researching and evaluating potential solutions to address customer requirements.
Design and architect custom solutions that meet specific customer needs while ensuring scalability.
Develop and conduct technical proof of concepts to demonstrate solution viability and value to clients.
Provide coaching and mentorship to other consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development.
Experience planning and executing complex ERP projects.
Strong customer experience focus, industry expertise is a plus.
Ability to communicate with business stakeholders as well as with technical teams to ensure the solutions defined are well scoped, developed, and implemented.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Technical Requirements
~ 5 years Experience in ERP system implementations and business process optimization.
~ A passion for customer success, long-term relationship building, and process improvement.
