We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Project Manager to join our team. Spearhead sales efforts across large-scale commercial flooring projects
Build, grow and manage relationships with general contractors, consultants, and property managers
Lead end-to-end project delivery: procurement, project oversight, scheduling, and closeout
Monitor project performance with a focus on margin, efficiency, and client satisfaction
Identify growth opportunities within your accounts
A construction industry professional with proven experience in commercial construction sales, estimating and project management
Adept at interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
Background in flooring with estimating software experience (PlanSwift etc.)
Experienced in managing multiple active projects simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree preferred
