Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of a SaaS-based Student Information System across multiple institutions. This role involves governance, vendor management, schedule control, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Lead project governance and represent client in steering committees, vendor workshops, and advisory meetings. Maintain project schedule, change logs, and ensure adherence to Statement of Work (SoW). Coordinate centralized and local project teams; define roles and responsibilities. Monitor project status, risks, and expenditures, report to executive committees. Liaise with vendors (Thesis Elements, 3D Solutions) and advocate for solution adjustments. Oversee change order processes and milestone approvals. Support colleges in business process mapping and readiness activities. Facilitate collective business rules, naming conventions, and reporting standards. Provide guidance on technical requirements, enhancements, and data migration strategy. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management for large-scale technology implementations. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Strong vendor management and governance experience. Familiarity with SaaS implementations and post-secondary sector is an asset. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
