We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Property Manager (Mandarin/English) to join our team and oversee a portfolio of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial property management, excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, and a proven ability to manage tenant relations, maintenance operations, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors Handle lease administration, tenant onboarding, and renewals Coordinate maintenance and repair services, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions Prepare and manage operating budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial performance Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery Analyzing problems with properties and finding the best solution for the tenant and property owner Overseeing daily administration of the property Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are maintained Oversee compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company policies Troubleshooting and responding to after-hours issues regarding the facility Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both English and Mandarin, providing the weekly operational report. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of commercial property management experience Fluent in Mandarin and English(spoken and written) Strong knowledge of property management best practices, lease terms, and maintenance protocols Experience working with property management software Excellent organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively Valid Condominium Management License or Commercial Property Management License is a strong asset.
