Job Role: CargoWise Deployment Consultant - Canada Brokerage Location: Remote Canada-based, but we are open to strong candidates in the US if available

Job Description:
Experience Required:
• Strong knowledge of CargoWise, specifically Canada brokerage
• Experience in CargoWise country deployment related to Canada brokerage
Scope :
• We require resources to assist with deployment activities for our Canada brokerage project to ensure CargoWise is ready for go-live. Most process solutioning (e.g., workflows) has been completed; however, we need resources to lead and finalize other deployment tasks, including:
o Ideally, I would like these resources to lead the deployment activities for Canada brokerage as this will allow the other CargoWise team members to guide and direct these new consultants while they can also focus on other countries.
o Working with local operations on system requirements (charge codes, documents, reports, registry settings, etc.)
o Validating SOPs and internal user guides
o Supporting end-user training with local super users
o Providing onsite support during go-live hypercare and branch assistance
o The current go-live target is April 2026.
