POSITION DESCRIPTION: The St-Charles, managed by Cogir, offers a friendly and stimulating work environment. We have a dedicated and caring team for seniors. We are currently seeking Resident Care Attendants to contribute to the quality of life of our residents. The Resident Care Attendant ensures the comfort, well-being, safety, and general needs of residents by providing hygiene and comfort care. ON CALL ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer ringtones Assist and accompany residents in their travels Collaborate in maintaining the bond of trust with the families or loved ones of the residents as well as with the various stakeholders (CLSC, CSSS, etc.) Ensure the accompaniment of residents to activities, the dining room and appointments at the home Notify the nurse and/or the person in charge of health services of any changes observed in the state of health of the residents Respond to all emergency situations Health Care Assist the nursing staff in tasks that require no hands-on care of the resident In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
