Kelly’s customer, located in Markham, ON are seeking detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual and Unilingual Recruitment Administrative Coordinators to support their fast-paced Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This is a temporary role, where you will play a key role in managing high-volume recruitment administration across multiple Canadian markets, providing back-end support to TA Partners and acting as a point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Maintain ongoing communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process via email and phone.
Communicate professionally with insurance agents and field managers, ensuring timely updates and information flow.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all recruitment documentation is up to date.
Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with ATS and scheduling tools
Bilingual roles require fluency in both English and French
Work with a dynamic and collaborative Talent Acquisition team
Temporary position to end of 2025, with potential to be extended
Get paid weekly, and access to the Kelly Learning Centre where you can upgrade your computer skills
Hourly pay rate ranges from $25.00 per hour depending on experience
