Are you an experienced HR Manager searching for your next opportunity? We are partnering with an established organization in the automotive industry to fill the position of HR Manager in the Lower Mainland Head Office. This individual will be required to bring extensive HR knowledge along with strategic insight to support the continuous growth and development of the organization and its employees. Duties include: Responsible for all company recruitment in conjunction with managers, taking a proactive approach to recruiting and maintaining a database of potential candidates for future opportunities. Provide expertise, coaching, and support to all Employee Relations and Investigation matters. Liaise and communicate effective with key management, executive personnel, and provide guidance to managers, team leads, and HR team on people functions. Oversee Internal Corporate Communications initiatives that encourages two-way communication between the organization and staff. Lead the planning, execution and evaluation of HR programs and initiatives such as performance management, talent development and training, recruitment, and employee engagement. Ensure the company is in compliance with all employment-related legislation requirements. Identify, review, develop and manage the use of Human Resources Management System. Research, propose and manage salary, benefit and all other perks of employees. Identify, develop and implement training opportunities for the organization. Propose and control Department budget to ensure optimum result of Human Resources Department function. Identify, Create and make any necessary adjustment to HR policies. This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management. Requirements: 5+ years of Human Resources experience and previous experience in a similar role Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in business administration or human resource management. CPHR designation is an asset. Industry experience is not require but an advantage. Technically savvy and innovative - staying up-to-date on new HR Technology. Knowledge of current employment standards act and local laws. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Location: Lower Mainland Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000
