Nexus Finance is a fast-growing business funding firm helping entrepreneurs access capital when banks say no. We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful Operations Assistant to support our daily operations and growth initiatives.
You’ll work directly with our founder and sales team to manage billing, partnerships, reporting, and internal systems — ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll help build the processes that power our company.

Billing & Administration
Generate and process client invoices and payments through our billing system (APG)
Track receivables, reconcile data, and maintain payment records with accuracy
Maintain CRM cleanliness, deal trackers, and reporting dashboards
Assist with day-to-day coordination between sales, admin, and leadership

Reporting & Projects
Content & Brand Support
Help script and film videos for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn)
Organize footage, schedule posts, and track performance metrics

Comfortable with Google Sheets, CRMs, and learning new systems quickly
Prior experience in admin, coordination, partnerships, or growth/marketing support is a plus

Performance Bonus: % of monthly revenue
Project Bonuses: $ per completed SOP or partner onboarded
Hybrid flexibility (in-office a few days per week in Montreal)
