About the Role You will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships while also managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placing them in the right roles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building partnerships, and delivering solutions that make a difference. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and customer service Conduct outreach through cold calls, networking, and scheduled meetings to generate qualified leads Understand client needs and propose staffing solutions tailored to their operations Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration and client satisfaction Collaborate with the internal team to develop competitive proposals, service agreements, and pricing strategies Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and follow-up Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for general labour, skilled trades, and administrative roles Conduct initial assessments and coordinate interviews with client companies Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation requirements Monitor candidate performance and provide support throughout the placement What We’re Looking For Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple roles, clients, and timelines simultaneously Self-motivated and driven to meet targets (placements and new accounts) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with CRM systems, job boards, and recruitment tools Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
