If you’re looking for a challenging and rewarding career in a fast-paced industry, we’d love to hear from you Job Responsibilities: As a Logistics Specialist, you will focus on managing last-mile delivery operations and ensuring seamless coordination with our first-mile logistics team to deliver an excellent end-to-end customer experience. Courier & Last-Mile Operations Oversee daily courier and last-mile delivery processes to ensure accurate and on-time delivery. Work closely with courier partners (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Purolator) to maintain strong relationships and negotiate cost-effective service terms. Handle claims, delays, or exceptions efficiently, providing quick solutions and communication with internal teams. Coordination & Cost Control Collaborate with the first-mile and warehouse teams to align shipment handoffs and improve overall logistics flow. Review and reconcile courier invoices and shipping costs, ensuring accuracy and budget compliance. Process Optimization & Reporting Identify opportunities to streamline courier workflows and improve delivery performance. Generate periodic logistics reports, analyzing delivery success rates, costs, and service quality metrics. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management; experience in eCommerce is an asset. Skills: Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Language:  Proficiency in Mandarin is an asset for communication with overseas teams and suppliers. Soft Skills: A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence.
