Business Development Coordinator Why This Role Exists: Let's cut to the chase: we're growing fast. You'll be the nerve center of our inside sales operation — the person who turns activity into results, chaos into flow, and data into decisions. This is your chance to jump in at full speed. What You'll Actually Do: You'll keep our sales world spinning by making sure the right tools, data, and documents are always in place — and in top shape. Be the CRM whisperer: Maintain and optimize our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM so deals move smoothly, data stays accurate, and follow-ups never slip through the cracks. Turn dashboards into decisions: Manage Power BI reports and KPIs that keep leadership and the sales team laser-focused. Keep deals moving: Handle proposal coordination, contract processing, and all the behind-the-scenes details that make our closers look brilliant. Supercharge sales enablement: Maintain and organize pitch decks, catalogues, and recruitment tools. Spot opportunities: Track network performance, identify growth gaps, and support campaigns that bring new dealers on board across Canada and the U.S. Run our virtual front: Coordinate webinars and events that keep our network engaged and our brand visible. You'll Fit Right In If... You're that rare mix of organized and high-energy — calm under pressure, but quick to move. You thrive in fast-paced, startup-like chaos and secretly enjoy being the one who brings structure to it. You're fluent in digital tools (CRM systems, dashboards, email campaigns, AI assistants... you name it). You take initiative and don't wait to be told what's broken — you just fix it. You can wrangle multiple projects, people, and deadlines — and still have time to make your spreadsheets pretty.
