Human Resources Business Partner #128205; Industry: Logistics #Status: Full-time | On-site #Salary: $85,000 - $100,000/year, based on experience + bonus #Group insurance | Parking | 3 weeks vacation | PTO + more Reporting to the Director of HR, the HR Business Partner supports and executes HR programs aligned with organizational goals, providing guidance to leadership, driving engagement, and ensuring compliance across the employee lifecycle. #Partner with the Director of HR to implement initiatives and drive organizational change. Coach managers on HR policies, workforce planning, and employee relations. Support change management strategies aligned with business objectives. #Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Lead end-to-end recruitment: job profiles, advertising, interviews, assessments, background checks, and contracts. Track candidate progress and manage communications. Employee Relations & Engagement Advise managers on performance, disciplinary actions, and compliance. Manage work-related accidents, leaves, benefits, and regulatory inquiries (CNESST, OQLF, WSIB). #Support salary reviews, pay equity, benefits administration, and payroll reporting. #Training & Development ~ Administer training programs, track participation, and support employee development and succession planning. #HR Operations & Analytics Draft internal HR communications and newsletters. Analyze HR KPIs and provide actionable insights. Manage immigration, resignations, terminations, and HR documentation. ✅ Bachelor’s in HR or related field; 3–5 years HR experience in fast-paced environments. Strong knowledge of employment laws (QC, ON, BC, NS, US). Bilingual (English/French) with strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills. Experience with HRIS, Microsoft Office; CHRP designation an asset. Knowledge of payroll, coaching, employee development, and job analysis.
