Developer/Architect - GenAI & Automation Responsibilities: Developer: Build Custom GPTs with Actions integration Design and develop End-2-End API-driven solutions to be leveraged within custom GPT as Actions Build cloud and desktop flows in Power Automate Assess product capabilities by carrying out proof-of-concepts and research. Build dashboards in Power BI as per requirements Coaching and Delivery support: Act as a technical expert to guide staff members on their automation idea's development and deployment. Coaching support to build Custom GPT and Power Automate use cases Support office hours and other sessions Carry out automation and Custom GPT review before deployment. Validate environment setup and roles, and guide others on how to perform it. Coordinate with Platform and product teams to propagate delivery and infrastructure-related items. Mandatory Experience: 2+ year of hands-on experience building chatbots or GenAI agents leveraging Enterprise ChatGPT(Custom GPTs) or Copilot Studio. Custom GPT development experience is mandatory. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform product offerings(Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) working on RPA/Automation delivery lifecycle in a team setting. Expertise in API design and development (RESTful, SOAP) and security (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect). Experience with API design tools (Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Kong). Experience with OpenAI APIs Experience with Tableau and Power BI Strong SQL and database knowledge Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience with building RAG pipelines, Vector DB and semantic search Experience with CI/CD for automation lifecycle. Experience working in BioPharma or regulated industry. Experience building and maintaining automation in Uipath Platform (Studio/StudioX, Orchestrator, Automation Hub, Document Understanding, Insights, etc.) Experience working with Jira, Confluence for agile delivery. Experience with SharePoint site development. Experience with data modeling and development Proficient at queries, report writing, and presenting findings Education: Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related field.
