Professional Staffing has partnered with a reputable and well-established organization on the search for a Human Resources Workforce Development Specialist. A new addition to the HR team, this position is integral to the innovation and growth of the Organizational Development delivery. Design and lead workforce management programs—succession planning, workforce planning, skills assessments, and performance management
Implement strategic succession planning frameworks that prepare employees for critical roles across leadership, technical, and functional areas.
Provide expert consultation to leaders, deliver program training, and prepare insightful reports and recommendations
Proven experience in building HR programs, including; Performance Management, Succession Planning frameworks, and building of Analytics to measure program success and effectiveness
~3+ years in Change Management and Project Management
~ Bachelor's Degree in a related field - Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Effectiveness,
~ CPHR or pursuit of is considered an asset
~ Proficiency with large HRIS systems - Ultipro, WorkDay, or SAP SuccessFactors
3 weeks vacation + option for EDO schedules (earned day off)
~ Hybrid office (2 days work from home)
