Job Description: We are looking for seasoned Dayforce Implementation Consultants with expertise in WFM, LMS, Talent Management, Reporting, and Payroll modules . The consultant will play a key role in deploying Dayforce solutions for enterprise clients. Responsibilities: Lead Dayforce implementations across Talent, Reporting, and Payroll functionalities Translate business needs into system configurations and reporting frameworks Configure workflows, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions Guide clients through UAT, training, and deployment Requirements: 4+ years of experience with Dayforce HCM Proven implementation experience across multiple modules, including WFM, LMS, Talent and Payroll Familiarity with compliance and tax regulations Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proven experience in designing and building Dayforce integrations, including middleware development The ability to lead discussions directly with both client business and technical teams
