We are assisting our financial industry client in hiring a React/.NET Software Developer for a 6-month contract role. The successful candidate will contribute their expertise to enhance existing platforms and develop new capabilities, collaborating with a global, dynamic, and agile project team. As a key member of the development lifecycle, you will participate in requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and support phases, focusing on integration, automation, and delivering solutions aligned with defined roadmaps.

Develop, test, and deploy code as part of a distributed development team.
Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
Integrate capabilities into production environments while managing technical dependencies (infrastructure, security, etc.).
Proficiency with modern JavaScript libraries (React is essential).
Experience with source code management tools (Git) and continuous testing/delivery practices.
Strong understanding of industry standards, best practices, and Agile development methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft development stacks, including:
.NET, C#, Web API
Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Azure, NoSQL).
Experience managing product backlogs with Azure DevOps.
Background in reinsurance or Commercial/Specialty Insurance (bonus).
