Role: OT/IOT Solution Architect Location: Canada/USA (Remote) Required Qualifications 10+ years of relevant technical experience designing and delivering enterprise-class integrations, cloud services, or OT/IoT solutions. Strong systems design and software engineering background (distributed systems, APIs, microservices, containers, orchestration). Hands-on experience integrating CMMS, BAS/OT, ERP/Procurement systems, or enterprise SaaS platforms. Experience defining canonical data models, working with ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and BI integrations. Familiarity with security best practices: SSO, encryption, network segmentation, threat modeling. Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work in matrixed, cross- functional teams and to present technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline. Relevant certifications: TOGAF, AWS/Azure architect, CISSP, or other security/architecture credentials. Behaviors & Competencies Technical leadership with a bias for delivery and pragmatic engineering decisions. Strong collaborator and mentor who elevates engineering practices across teams. Customer focus—understands operational user needs and translates them into robust technical solutions. Strategic thinker who balances near-term delivery with long-term architectural health.
